Goku can easily avoid that attack. This is all wrong. Superman doesn't have to build up his speed at all; he can move as fast as he needs to whenever he wants.
There is no proof that Goku moves faster than light without calculations like the ones done in the video which you say aren't correct, thus forfeiting your own argument. The Instant Transmission is the only thing that can outpace Superman because it travels at an instant and not an actual speed.
The Infinite Mass Punch doesn't require Superman to move at that speed, only vibrate his molecules. He can move at any speed he desires while performing the attack, but that doesn't even matter, since both fighters were charging at each other in that moment of the battle.
